The location was great if you are staying for a few days… it’s right in the city historical center, in front of Palazzo Pitti, but not in the area of the movida, so it stays very quiet during the night

View of the palace from the window. Responsive staff. The bed is comfortable. The old house is cool! The ceiling is painted, the elevator is unusual. Yes, I understand that the elevator can be inconvenient, but in my opinion the fact that it has been preserved in its original form is wonderful.

The room is very charming, beautiful, and comfortable. The location is great. There’s a nice place to have breakfast and a great restaurant to have lunch in the same street the hotel is located.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I made the self check-in, later in the evening, outside the check-in hours but the staff left me specific directions in the hotel and it was actually super easy. Also they suggested some restaurant and gave me a map of the city and suggested places to visit. The room was warm and cosy. The hotel is situated in a nice area, close to the city center.

It was in a good area without as many tourists as it was crazy busy in august. local bars and restaurants. Great gelato place and aperitivo bars. There was a lift for bags as on second floor. Staff were very helpful during our stay. Also very clean
